Ricoh Publishes the Ricoh Group Integrated Report 2019 and the Ricoh Group ESG Data Book 2019

New options will enable printers to support a wider range of applications,  including high quality A4/Letter size landscape booklets

TOKYO, Japan - October 23, 2019 -Ricoh Company Ltd., (Tokyo, Japan) today announced that it has published the Ricoh Group Integrated Report 2019, which provides an informative overview of how the Ricoh Group creates new value with the aim of addressing the needs of all stakeholders, including shareholders and investors. Furthermore, the Group will launch a new publication starting this year, the Ricoh Group ESG Data Book 2019, which provides specialized information relating to environmental, social, and governance factors.

The Ricoh Group Integrated Report 2019 presents the progress made under the 19th Mid-Term Management Plan and the growth strategy, together with an introduction of each business domain. In particular, the Group has sought to enhance information disclosure with respect to the relevance of SDGs to businesses, measures taken to strengthen governance, risks and opportunities, and TCFD*. Ricoh placed emphasis on the stories behind the Group's value creation efforts as the main priority in compiling this report. With this in mind, the details of each activity introduced in these stories are also published on the Group's website.

The Ricoh Group ESG Data Book 2019 presents Ricoh Group data that has been published on the Group's website and elsewhere, with priority placed on completeness and readability, to enable stakeholders to quickly and easily obtain the information on environmental, social, and governance factors that they require.

By publishing the ESG Data Book in addition to the Integrated Report, thereby strengthening the disclosure of comprehensive information relating to the Group's ESG, we hope to foster greater understanding and support on the part of all stakeholders for the many facets of Ricoh Group's business activities, and channel the resulting feedback into efforts to further improve management and enhance corporate value.

*TCFD:Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures. Established by the Financial Stability Board (FSB), the TCFD provides surety to the financial markets by promoting information disclosure of climate-related risks and opportunities by companies, as well as facilitating a smooth transition to a low-carbon society.
