Katsunori Nakata, Executive Corporate Officer and President of RICOH Digital Products Unit, Ricoh Company, Ltd. said, "We believe this latest recognition from the IDC MarketScape not only validates our position as a leader in worldwide hardcopy remanufacturing, but also our long-standing commitment to sustainability, especially in reducing the environmental impact of our products throughout their entire lifecycle...

This is now part of the overall strategy and decision-making process, with the focus of sustainability shifting from supporting general environmental issues to fulfilling the specific requirements of the circular economy.
