Bubblelab Laundry Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 12th April 2013 as a private limited company. Bubblelab Laundry is an operating chain of 24 hours self-service laundry outlets throughout Malaysia. They have evolved over the past few years and have been appointed as the authorized distributor of Primus in Malaysia, a renowned brand of laundry equipment with an enviable reputation worldwide.

Challenges

To build, to operate and to maintain in its ever increasing 24 outlets of self-service laundry outlets to manage the effectiveness in operations through a proper workflow process.

Needs

A young player in the 24-hours self-service laundry outlets with 200 outlets nationwide that continues to grow. The owners wishes to achieve effectiveness in managing its ever growing outlet nationwide through a proper automated workflow, which will assist first in proper monitoring, auditing and operations.

Solution

Implemented Enteprise Content Management (ECM) solution to digitalzed the workflow. It has allowed the business to monitor cashflow collections, receive outlet cleaniness reoprts and even help the implementation of job assignments and clocking in of its field staff over the nationwide outlets.
