As a responsible corporate citizen, it is our duty to be aware how our action
and reaction can help to preserve the environment.
World environment day is celebrated in every 5 June. This year, the theme
of the world environmental day will be “Melting Ice- A hot Topic”.
For years, we understand how the industry impact on the environment especially
on the emission of the greenhouse gases which causes the melting ice in
North Pole and the Global Warming.
Thus, in conjunction with this meaningful event, Ricoh (M) Sdn Bhd is
driving an eco action called light-off day.

1. Turn off the unnecessary lighting and office equipment after working
hours
2. Turn off billboard, signboard or advertisement tower
3. Increase awareness of staffs on energy saving issue
