Join the National Challenge - MIM-Ricoh National Management Game 2009




Kuala Lumpur, 14 September 2009 - The Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) in collaborated with Ricoh Malaysia (RICOH) is once again bringing back the National Management Game challenge. This year's game will kick-start on October 10, 2009.

A computer-simulated business game competition, the National Management Game (NMG) is an excellent platform for corporate managers and executives to pit their management and business decision skills against one another in a REAL business world. The NMG tests their knowledge and skills in the fields of production, investment, pricing, finance and marketing strategies.

Through the competition, players are able to understand the importance of strategic planning, sound decision-making, economic scenario planning and performance reporting. The game also enhances one's understanding on how different decisions impact business operations

The NMG is played in teams of four players, the interactive exchange of ideas and shared experience facilitate the development of the interpersonal skills, thus improving the team players' managerial capability. Managers and executives are encouraged to join in this competition which imbues the spirit of teamwork and enhances decision making skills.
